$35.00 Set Up Fee on Text Embroidery

Only 6 piece minimums for clothing: Clothing Front Side. 12 Caps minimum. Mix and match any 6 pieces of clothing or any 12 different caps we offer with embroidery to meet your minimum required.

Embroidered Clothing Volume Discounts: Receive an additional discount: 3-11 items 10% off. 12-47 items 15% off. 48-95 items 20% off. 96-143 items 25% off. 144-191 items 30% off. 192+ items 35% off. Must be the same style, size & color of clothing or caps. excluding embroidery.

Colors: 3 colors each for clothing and caps. Add 50 cents for each additional color, up to 8 colors.

General Logo/Art & Digitizing Charges:
One time set-up fee of $80.00 for digitizing logo/art, up to 5,000 stitches. Additional digitized stitches: $10.00 per 1000 per design. To embroider a design, a logo/art must be digitized for the machines to recognize the thread colors and directions. Send logo/art as a high resolution jpg.

We assume no responsibility for quality on customer supplied digitizing. We accept .dst & .emb files only. Cleaning up logo/art and developing new logo/art is $80.00 per hour. Custom designs remain the property of RealCo Inc.

$35.00 set up fee for BLOCK or Script text embroidery. Monograms up to 22 characters per line. Front Monograms $8.00 each. Flat line or arc line.

Once your order has been placed, a specific form will be sent to your email so as to get details of your embroidery and forward your logo/art if needed. When digitizing is complete we will scan the sew out sample and send it to you via e-mail. Once the scanned image has been approved, we will send a cloth sample by mail for final approval.

Allow 7-14 business days to process and ship embroidered items. Additional 14-21 days for 72+ embroidered items. Holiday season expect additional days.

No refunds or exchanges on embroidery clothing or items as they are made to order. Unless there is a manufacturers defect in the item, all sales are final. We will however, correct or replace any personalized item due to incorrect spelling that is our error, or any embroidery defect. 1% damage rate allowance.

Final Prices will be determined and agreed upon before production.
